ALBATROS plus reel.
Vertical reel with stainless steel housing and synthetic drum with a minimum negative buoyancy of 39-100 g , among other benefits. It features an automatic release brake and semi-adjustable constant flow resistance for safe unwinding of line spools, with excellent build and operational quality.

It maximizes the size-capacity ratio as the special drum ( monoblock and not 2-3 parts ) is made in a special mold where it is shaped with a perforated shaft and perforated garlands in the shape of a scale, offering excellent behavior under bending and static pressure, minimum weight, volume and dimensions depending on the capacity, also helping to dry the yarn to prevent it from rotting.
The reel's base is made of marine-grade stainless steel and stamped in special molds. The bird-shaped base design provides ideal static and rigidity with minimal weight. The base assembly is pressed so that it doesn't protrude from the base and cause malfunctions or tangles, with dual-axis spacers strategically placed around the drum to also eliminate the possibility of twisting and line slipping off the drum.
The stainless steel winding lever is solid and well-crafted to ensure durability and protection during transport. At the same time, the lever mounting screw and the special washer that fits into the O-ring between the base and the lever provide the user with a satisfactory range of pressure adjustment in the O-ring to maintain the necessary constant and gentle resistance to the flow of the reel when the line is unwound. The reliable braking system ensures the smooth operation and longevity of the mullet reel because it has no moving, fixed parts.
It is designed for periodic maintenance (O-ring replacement) so that it can be done economically, simply, off-base, by any user.
The automatic brake is perforated to allow the wire to pass past the tree, ensuring that the wire and brake are held securely on the mullein. All parts are meticulously and uniformly carved without sharp edges.
