The firing mechanisms Hunt I am made entirely of aisi 316 , as well as the shutter box (2mm thick), to guarantee great solidity .
Presents the system of integrated line retention ; the trigger has a semi-curved shape consistent with the most important semi-automatic hunting rifles.
Hunt Target Models they are vibratory polished in all their parts, and accurate on the sliding planes ; the cut where the line releaser It is CNC-machined in a subsequent step to ensure excellent opening .
The line release works on the side of the release tooth, so even if the line is pulled a lot the trigger weight does not increase .
The side line release is positioned on the right and is well sized: 22mm long with a thickness of 2.5mm.
The safety test performed on the traction mechanism is 500 kg; the trigger weight is 1.5 kg up to 180 kg when pulled on the rod (5-6 16-diameter rubber bands at 320% elongation).
The sensation when firing is that of a mechanism sensitive and very fluid : the trigger travel is short but very intuitive and also the Hunt Targets are compact and very rearward and allow you to exploit the thrust of the elastic bands for 4/5 centimeters of extra travel compared to a traditional mechanism.
The locking tooth and the trigger are made of 6mm thick AISI 316.
The part of the mechanism that is housed in the frame of the rifle is 47mm long, 16mm thick and 18mm high.
The strong point is the sensitivity of the shot due to very long levers which reduce to a minimum the force to be applied to the trigger.

The Target1 MATCH and the Target 2 MATCH retain the consolidated characteristics of the products Hunt : great finishing of the materials and construction accuracy , which give the mechanisms beauty and reliability.
In the type MATCH the notable technical note is the possibility of vary, 5mm forward and 5mm backward compared to the typical one, the position of the trigger, allowing a true customization of the mechanism relative to the location of the trigger in relation to the position of the first phalanx (which is the part used to fire correctly) of the index finger in the act of "Firing".
When we want a higher release sensitivity, in precision shooting on the ground, the trigger is advanced as far as possible; in this case, when it is at the edge of the center of the first joint, it is rotated as shown in the photos.
This system leads to a good support on the trigger, better control in shooting and a nice feeling of comfort. (since the finger does not touch the edge of the trigger but the support surface).
The MATCH does all this underwater.
