The new MAGNUM SILVER bands by CETMA COMPOSITES are made with the highest quality and purest materials, just like the famous MAGNUM PLUS, which has become a benchmark in the spearfishing industry. Unlike the MAGNUM PLUS, the new MAGNUM SILVER bands are less reactive, which is why they can be considered intermediate bands.
Here too, we use an additive-free inner rubber to experience the true properties of pure natural rubber. In fact, all commercial rubber is made with various additives, such as UV-blocking additives, which also affect the rubber's mechanical performance. In contrast, our rubber is pure but with a thin outer layer that acts as a UV-blocking filter (black layer).
MAGNUM SILVER guarantees the performance of natural rubber with a less explosive behavior: for this reason they are recommended for single-propulsion spearguns (single, double or triple elastic) or inverter.

They have been designed and created with a 4-layer structure:
1. the first layer, starting from the outside and working inwards, is a silver metallic iridescent layer that takes on the colour of the seabed, and has the function of camouflage and protection of the elastic;
2. The second layer, black in color, serves to protect the internal layers from ultraviolet rays to ensure that the PURE NATURAL latex inside does not deteriorate over time.
3. The third layer, grey in colour, is made with a higher modulus latex to increase resistance to elastic binding.
4. The last layer, the internal one, is made of pure latex.
Thanks to the barrier layers we've added to the outside, pure latex can be used without additives. This feature makes our product more effective than other traditional elastics and allows the elastic to maintain its performance over time.
The outer layers are made of latex with special additives that, in addition to performing specific functions, also contribute to the reactivity of the elastic.

Their internal structure makes them highly performing at different elongation factors, maintaining the load constant with the elastic under tension even with elongations of up to 350%.
We strongly suggest trying it with a 300% elongation, at this factor alone you will be able to appreciate the enormous power and stability developed!
