that is, it has an external casing made of sturdy tear-proof canvas and
an internal inflatable chamber, protected by the external canvas.
Thanks to its volume, it can be used to lean on and rest.
Furthermore, there is a storage compartment with a Velcro closure around the perimeter.
The buoy features several D-rings for attaching spearguns and other gear.
